今回の写真は、撮った写真そのままではなく、かなりのクリッピング（と一部分の塗りつぶし）を行っています。

追記
Kodakが連邦破産法を申請したそうですね・・・。
愛用のNew portra160も400も2月から値上がりのようですが、今後どうなるか不安です・・・。



I clipped this photo and deleted a part of it. Because I realized a part of this photo is nice.
But it might be too expanding...

地震 earthquake

先日、家の付近で地震がありました。帰ってくると、部屋には割れた食器、冷蔵庫の開いた扉から落ちてきた食材、その他様々なものが散乱していました。
しかし、今回の地震は直下型で、15キロ離れたあたりでは全く影響がなかったそうです。
そういうこともあるんですね。

マンションは通常、長方形の部屋になっていると思うのですが、どうやら構造上、長方形の長辺と垂直に揺れるそうです。
確かに長辺側に置いていたテレビが倒れて、短辺側に置いていた本棚は全く無事でした。納得のいく話でした。
つまり、短辺側に食器棚を置いていたので被害が最小限に抑えられていたようです。長辺側に置いていたら、食器棚が倒れていたかもしれません。

でも、それでも、
今回食器棚もかなり揺れたようで、高い食器から割れていたんですけどね・・・。


The other day there were some earthquake here.
When I came back home, all rooms were littered with a lot of broken dishes and cups from shelf and foods from refrigerator.
But I heard that nothing happened to my colleagues' house that are about 15km away from me.

I think that a apartment has some rectangle-shaped rooms. I heard that an earthquake vibrates at right angles to the long side of the rectangle of room.

Evidently, I looked at the fallen TV close to the wall of the long side and a book shelf that nothing happened to close to the wall of the short side. So I agreed the thought of the rectangle room.

But, for all that our expensive dishes and cups were broken this time...

手ぶれ camera shake

本日、バラ園に行ってきたのですが、一番よく撮れたと思った写真が、ほんの少し手ぶれてました・・・orz
なので、リサイズして、ブログにアップします

I went to the rose garden near our town. Altough I thought that I took the best shot of all today, I jiggled my hands when I took it...
So I'll reduce the file size of it and upload it.
